From the Yrgacheffe Gedeo Chelbessa Region, this Heirloom Varietal is a Fully Washed Process that was harvested between November and January from an Elevation of 1950 – 2200 m. This will also be the Official 2022 First National Aeropress Championship Competition Roast used by the competitors in this year’s event!
